Washington, DC: Trump's Trusted Ally Roger Stone to Serve 40 Months Prison

In a packed Washington, D.C., courtroom, Roger Stone, a trusted lieutenant of US President Donald Trump was sentenced to 40 months in prison. The 67-year old former adviser of Trump was convicted because of lying to Congress, obstructing a congressional investigation and trying to tampering witness. He now becomes the sixth aide of Trump who has been charged for wrongdoings. Apart from the custodial sentence, Stone will have to pay $20,000 as a fine and then serve 250 hours of community service.
